Cooking for Health and Weight Loss

This class will last five weeks, one class a week.  Each class will be one and a half hours long. 

Fees for this class are $125.00 for the entire course. This class will begin the second week of April.

Week 1: SALADS

Week 2: MEAT/FISH & SEAFOOD

Week 3: SOUPS

Week 4: GRAINS

Week 5: FEAST

Each week students will learn to make a recipe from scratch.  They will also be given that

recipe plus two others to take home with them.  Students will be able to taste a portion of each

recipe made during class.  Not only will they be learning to cook these fabulous healthy meals

they will also be learning the nutritional benefits of each one.

 

During week 5 of this course students would be separated into groups with one group making

a salad, one a protein dish, another a soup and the last group would make a grain.  Let's Feast!
