S.P.E.E.D. is a high intensity interval class, broken down into rounds of exercising followed by short recovery periods. Individuals will be encouraged to push their bodies to maximum effort levels during each round, catching their breath during the rest stops. Exercises can be scaled to accommodate guys & gals of all fitness levels, determination is the only requirement needed. The benefits of this type of workout can include increases in strength and stamina.
