IMPORTANT DATES AND FACTS

 

• SUNDAY- FEBRUARY 21 -  1:30 pm   AT PARK COMMUNITY ROOM

A coach’s selection meeting will be held to SELECT coaches and do player ratings/discuss draft program. ONLY attend if you wish to coach.

 

      *    SUNDAY – FEBRUARY 28 - 1:30 pm   AT PARK COMMUNITY ROOM

            Head coaches meet to do TEAM selections.

 

• SUNDAY – MARCH 14 – 2:00 pm    UMPIRE’S CLINIC

A free umpires clinic will be held at Gaskins City to anyone interested in learning rules or being involved in umpiring in our program. Veteran umpire Ken Murphy will lead the instruction.

 

• SUNDAY – MARCH 21 -  2:00 pm  PONY AGE BOYS & GIRLS TRAVEL TRYOUTS

 

      *    THURSDAY – APRIL 8 -  7:00 pm  AT GASKINS CITY STORAGE BUILDING

            Coaches ONLY meet to hand out equipment bags/balls/keys/rule books/picture schedules and  

            practice schedules. This meeting will last 30 minutes as we will discuss new rules.

 

• SATURDAY – APRIL 10

Practices will start for all Pinto, Mustang and Bronco boys and girls at Gaskins City Park.

 

• SATURDAY – APRIL 17     

Practices will start for all Shetland boys and girls at Gaskins City Park

 

• SATURDAY – MAY 8         

HYA Picture Day at Gaskins City Park

 

Bronco and Mustang Boys/Girls games will start Saturday, May 1 and continue until June 25.

 

Pinto and Shetland Boys/Girls games will start Saturday, May 1 and continue until July 2.

 

TRAVEL TEAM TRYOUTS:  Dates for each level listed below:

 

• Bronco Boys:  Saturday, May 15, at 9 am to 11 am
• Bronco Girls:  Saturday, May 15, at Noon to 2 pm
• Mustang Boys:  Wednesday, May 19, at 6 pm to 8 pm
• Mustang Girls:   Saturday, May 22, at 9 am to 11 am
