How do I reserve a shelter?

Shelter reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.  Reservations can be made by calling the Park Office at 618.252.2111 during normal business hours of 8 a.m. - 4p.m. Monday through Friday.   A reservation agreement must be signed and payment made in full within 48 hours of the reservation.

 

Fee:  $30.00 for full day.

Ball Fields 

Can you reserve a baseball field?

Yes. Baseball fields must be scheduled for use through the Park Office. Reservations can be made by calling the Park Office

at 618.252.2111 during normal business hours

8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

Fee: $50.00 game, $20.00 practice

How do I reserve the Community Room? 

 

The Community Room is located in the same building as the Park Office at, 921 W. Poplar St. It may be reserved for special meetings, events, parties, or classes. Our community room has a kitchen, 8 large tables and over 40 chairs.

 

Fee: $75.00

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes.  The Park District accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards.

You can pay by credit card over the phone.
